Check out what the students in Mrs. VandenBush's classroom are doing in art! Some of th lesson ideas I come up with, but many of these ideas come from other wonderful art teachers!
I love your project, is there a way to get a copy of your lesson plans? I teach in Wichita and really focus on history. I also like your Klimt trees. Thanks JDohlman@usd259.net
I am interested to know the material you painted the designs on. I love the way the crinkled foil looks under the painting! Thanks kristie@musd371.k12.ks.us
I had a bunch of cardboard that students covered with tinfoil. Then I used colored transparency paper and black sharpie. Finally painted with acrylic paint!
This looks like a great project to do with my 5th graders that are about to learn about Frank Lloyd Wright. Do you mind sharing the lesson plan with me. I'm a first year teacher. rweems@readingedgeacademy.org
I love, love, love this project!!! You are an amazing art teacher!
ReplyDeleteI would LOVE to 'borrow' this lesson plan...my 5th graders are just beginning a stained glass study! :) espdesigns@ymail.com
