3rd Grade Mexican Folk Art Mirrors

  2. Contruction paper traced from a plastic/paper plate. Then I had different circle tracers to get the patterns. Students used tooling to create radial balance on center piece.

  4. The center is actually tooling foil. I just used different size circle tracers (paper plates, formula containers, etc.) This I found was the easiest way for everyone to get perfect cicles :)

  9. I love this idea....I'm excited to try with my PreK children. I think they will enjoy looking for round objects to trace, Im sure they are capable of finding something small , medium and large to trace. I might use the heavy duty foil paper....I've used it before and it works great.
